Make Your Heartbreak a Breakthrough

Category: life

Can our Heart make you sick?
Most of us have experienced excruciating pain at some point in our life.
Most of us have cried all night because of a terrible agony.
Most of us were blinded of what we thought was “true love”

Most of us see heartbreak as a negative experience.
We’ve all experienced the agony of heartbreak. Your brain is not operating well because you are emotionally, physically, cognitively, and sometimes even spiritually fatigued.
Get ready by 7 p.m. I’ll pick you up and we’ll have supper together. I’m so busy right now that I can’t converse.

To me, he/she meant nothing from you are my world to he/she meant nothing.
Don’t overreact Perhaps you’re wondering what went wrong.
What did I do, and what did I not do?
What are the warning signs?
Why hadn’t I noticed the warning signs?

Despite the pain, the drenched pillows, the strewn tissue papers on the floor, the damaged make-up… You must make a decision!
You have the option of clinging to that person, that connection, or that misery, or you can choose to pick yourself.
And I hope you will make your own decision.
And I hope when you pick yourself, you will never ever feel that you are selfish.
When you look in the mirror, I hope you may ask yourself, “How can I start my healing process?”

Allow yourself to forgive if it takes you a long to say yes at first.
In order to forgive that person, you must first forgive yourself.
Spend some time alone. Discover who you are, what you enjoy, what makes you feel productive, and rediscover who you are. What can assist you in your development.

Be yourself without the constraints of your history.
Do not bring it with you on your journey.
Pack it up, place it in a box, and seal it.
Then you’ll be able to see your breakthrough.
Its breakup’s power, that pain…
it will make you realise that life has so much more to offer…
so much more than you could ever imagine.

Life is always wonderful because new beginnings and fresh starts are always available.
It will never be simple to bear that suffering. However, it will always be worthwhile.
