Watched their body language…aren’t they comfortable with each other and confident in their own skin?

Maybe you are asking how did I know?

When we show our vulnerability, we show who we are. We show up to the universe and being in our comfortable self. It is a self expression.

Having confidence on how we move, how we laugh, how we talk means we are comfortable and we are not having thoughts like “what if he or she hears how loud I laugh?” or “What if she stares at me and she sees my eyes are too big?” Having confidence is equals to being comfortable.

Now, can you see how they look at each other? They have great eye contact; they speak with their eyes.

Having eye contact with your partner build a connection, you do not need to say it out loud.

You are building a connection, building gaps, building security, and trust.

When you make eye contact, you are saying to your partner that you are listening, paying attention, that you are giving them an assurance that you are comfortable with him or her and that you want them to feel comfortable too.

Sharing smiles is more than just a physical attribute, it is a gift!

Vulnerability and authenticity are very important and having physical touch lightly or playfully is too; because it is a connection with you and the other person saying I am comfortable with you.
