Are you happy?

Category: life

Have you ever asked yourself what is happiness? Why are you not happy? What is it that makes us happy I start to question and ponder and you know life is about finding the meaning of life. Truly I have found through the self-discovery and being 38 years of age “Happiness is key”. How do we search that and how do we know what makes us happy. I went on a search of self-discovery reading numerous books and as an International Speaker, Radio host, Vlogger and a mum; happiness was important.

Having investment properties, running 3 family businesses, and wearing fashion labels. I looked great. Deep down I wasn’t happy. I was living a façade and pretending and also hiding the fact that I was not happy. Life spiralled deep with fear, anger and resentment. That’s not the way to live life.

I ask you how happy do you want to be? Through the readings I came across this book

What if you could train your brain to experience greater happiness, focus, and emotional balance in daily life? What if it took just ten minutes a day?
